How does PetPic Creations work?

Simply upload a high-quality photo of your pet, add their name, choose your desired product and design, and place your order. We’ll print your custom design and ship it to you!

Can I preview my design before purchasing?

Yes! You’ll see a preview of your customized product before checkout to ensure it looks just right.

What file type does the image need to be?

Recommended File Formats

For the best quality, we recommend using JPEG or PNG files. These formats provide optimal results, especially for background removal on certain designs.

Android Users:

Default Format - JPEG (No changes needed).

iPhone Users:

iPhones typically save photos in HEIC format, which is compatible with our website. However, for the best quality, we still recommend using JPEG.

To set your iPhone to capture photos in JPEG instead of HEIC:

Open Settings.

Scroll down and tap Camera.

Tap Formats.

Select Most Compatible instead of High Efficiency.

Will you remove the background from my pet's photo?

Yes! Some of our products feature either a background removal or a cutout of your pet’s head. This process happens automatically when you upload your photo, and you can preview the result in the mockups before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error in printing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, we begin processing it right away! Printing and preparation typically take up to 48 hours. After that, your order will be shipped.

  • Standard delivery usually takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express delivery may be available in some cases—please check at checkout for options.
