Recommended File Formats

For the best quality, we recommend using JPEG or PNG files. These formats provide optimal results, especially for background removal on certain designs.

Android Users:

Default Format - JPEG (No changes needed).

iPhone Users:

iPhones typically save photos in HEIC format, which is compatible with our website. However, for the best quality, we still recommend using JPEG.

To set your iPhone to capture photos in JPEG instead of HEIC:

Open Settings.

Scroll down and tap Camera.

Tap Formats.

Select Most Compatible instead of High Efficiency.

Yes! Some of our products feature either a background removal or a cutout of your pet’s head. This process happens automatically when you upload your photo, and you can preview the result in the mockups before placing your order.

Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or error in printing.

Once you place your order, we begin processing it right away! Printing and preparation typically take up to 48 hours. After that, your order will be shipped.

• Standard delivery usually takes between 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
• Express delivery may be available in some cases—please check at checkout for options.
